Cell C fiber- *******, Worst service ever, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CELL C!!!

I cancelled my month to month fibre contract in August and services my services were cancelled however they continued to bill me till November. To my understanding I should have either paid for the one month which was end August however they keep trying to deduct R6600 as opposed to the R1245 that they should have taken. I am very disgusted by this and would never recommend anyone to do business with you because when I try to consult your agents via email I hardly get any response and when I get a response I am told by your collections that that's how much I am owing and I need to pay for the months that I didn't even have internet for. Which doesn't even make any sense. Your call center is even worse, I have been paying fees for bounced debit orders from this even because every month I have to make sure your debit order bounces because I don't owe you guys R6600.
