Cell C fiber support clueless about networking. no help and poor phone service.

Cell C Fiber division have no clue on what they are doing. don't expect help from them. you have to call at least 5 times to get support from someone who has no Idea on Networking and doesn't even know what a ping is. I spoke to Thabita who forced me to reset my fiber router while that was not even the issue. then she had no idea or traceroute while my issue is. My issue is still not fixed yet I have a 100Mbs fiber line with them. this is the worst ISP for home fiber.
