Cell C fiber lekker to take our money but absolute no customer service

its now month 4 trying to cancel this Cell C Fiber with absolute no success, i actually have no idea what to do anymore as they don't come back to a customer even with a Hello Peter complaint. they still keep debting me and suspended my line. i cannot move to another service provider and now have to utilize mobile data to do my University projects. this is absolutely ridiculous. I phoned them and they keep giving me a email address that don't work to cancel my contract.
