Cell C Fiber is the worst

I regret the day I signed a contract with Cell C fiber, I have never received such bad customer service ever, they will not delay in debiting my account even after failing to provide me with internet connection. I filed for them to move my fiber mid July and a month later I still have no fiber at my new place, I've spent thousands of rand on data so I could atleast be able to work as I am working from home. I have had countless email and phone call exchanges but no one is attending to this, they have closed and opened my ticket so often, I am angry, all I want is to cancel this fiber but I'm being told my cancellation fee is R3500, They won't provide me with an internet connection and at the same time they won't let me cancel freely and walk away.
