Cell C Fiber is an absolute Joke!

I have a Fiber account with Cell C and choose the 100Mbps/100Mbps option with them. Over the last few months I have had repeated issues where there are not able to deliver the line speeds I am paying for where it drops to less than even 10Mbps on multiple occasions. I have had to log numerous support calls with regards to this issue and it has yet to be successfully resolved. I have even gotten to the point in Feb where I got so frustrated with the lack of proper service delivery that I told them a week before the end of Feb that I am fed up and want to have my line cancelled immediately at the end of Feb as I am done with paying for a service that they are incapable of supplying. What Cell C then did in answer to this was ignore my request and debit my account again for March.

I have since sent multiple emails asking for a refund which was just ignored. To the point where I have had to recall my cancellation as I was already almost 2 weeks into the month. As I am writing this review right now I have again been stuck with my internet being down for two full days now and I am unable to attend to my online studies and even again after many promises Cell C has yet to fix the issue at hand. I phoned today asking that a technician phone me to resolve this at 14:30 when the power comes on. At 15:00 I phoned the support line and spend 30 mins holding on and no one even answered the phone eventually running out of airtime. The support staff and management do not care about you as a customer or providing anything even close to what is considered decent client service... over the last few months with the multiple support tickets I have had to log never once did I get a follow up call to find out if I was happy with the resolution of the ticket or even to give me any type of feedback.

I DEFINITELY would not recommend anyone support Cell C fiber, unless you feel that paying for an expensive Fiber connection should come with an equal amount of frustration and stress.
