Cell C fiber is a waste of time.

Hi. I'm from a production company in Craighall. We have had no internet and no phones since last Tuesday. Iconnect was our internet provider and were then taken over by CellC. It's been 6 days now and We're still not connected. The service is appalling. I find it rude that we have not been updated once and no one can give us a clear answer or reason for any of this.
