CELL C FIBER ILLIEGAL CHARGE

Company that decides to charge you one rate when they advertise another rate ,the bandwidth promised is twice as slow yet they keep charging what they think they should after numerous e mails. I have been looking to find an authority where they have to answer to as i being charged an rate without an valid contract -surely that is ******* . Clear attitude of monopoly and dis-concern for what is right. Hopefully there is an authority this abuse can be answered to.
