Cell C Fiber HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE IN SOUTH AFRICA RATHER GO TO VODACOM OR ANYONE BESIDES CELL C!

I would like to be contacted by the head of Cell C fiber JHB please.Or else i will be taking this to the news and all news websites and radio broadcasts. I have had enough! Perhaps this should be escalated i ICASA as false adverti*****t and for *****. I was sold a 10meg line. That was B.S, the line never even held up 2megs on avarage, i have upgraded twice since. Each time i call the contact center then i get asked to become a onsite I.T technician get asked to plug in and plug out stuff, only if that actually solved the issue. Which it never does. I further more asked them to send someone out to test,upgrade or check the work that was done! This to has fallen onto deaf ears. I had then upgraded the 2nd time to a 25 and the to 50meg up and down line thinking that perhaps i consume exclusively. Low and behold this to was just another stunt for Cell C to suck out more and more money from theirs clients only for them to give you less and less service delivery, its such a joke that over a period of 12 months i have been at it with Cell C im paying around a wopping R850 for a 50meg line that after conducting 6 speed tests with different monitoring tools all 6 resulting came back with less than 10 megs for both upload and download speeds. And all these tests were done at 2am with only my mobile device connected. This is simply formality that i must complain in writing, but keep ignoring my complaints as a paying consumer. You will incur more and more losses with clients like myself that are considering the legal route very very soon.
