Cell C Fiber ftth unreliable outages

<p>Cell C fiber always giving us issues. for the last month or so now. Issues are that about every week or two the fiber network goes down for 1 hour to 2 days at a time. The customer service is not helpful either. A excuse that is often said to us " sorry we will have to contact the technician and have them contact you." We have never been contacted by the technicians.</p> <p>one of the things I do not like about cell c is that sometimes we phone them and after 5 minutes on the phone with them, our internet works and they say no we didn't do anything. ( how the heck am i supposed to believe that ) <br />All of a sudden it's working magically. Clearly cell c did something on their side. This is a few times this has happen.</p>
