Cell C fiber disconnected for no reason

Cell C just decided to cut off my wifi now I’m doing 3 weeks of no connection and I am working from Home . I have logged several requests to be reconnects and now one is willing to assist. This a very basic customer service and your support team is very useless. Perhaps you guys forgot that you are not the only service provider is SA? I’m at a risk of loosing my job because I am unable to function with no connection.
