Cell C Fiber charging me for a Service they aren't providing.

I stayed in a residential complex in Bellville and had Cellc Fiber to the home. I experienced connectivity problems that could not be by Cell C agents after numerous attempts. I had no access to the Internet for the Months of July and August. I ended up not paying my premuim of R 699. By the end of August , I owed Cell C R2051.

I relocated beginning of September and asked my account to be stopped. I was refusing this request but my account is being billed for a service not offered.

To date I owe Cell C R 3988 for a service I haven't received since July. I have emailed and called with no resolution. I have asked for my service to be moved or cancelled with no resolution. No one has even bothered to check usage on my account. If you checked, you will realize that the internet link is not working even though it's being billed.
