CELL C FIBER - CANCELLATION ****

Cell C makes cancellation impossible. I moved from Jhb to Cpt. Had to cancel my line and cell c fibre to the home was not available in my new area in Cpt. For the past weeks on a Friday afternoon I get a threatening phonecall on a Friday afternoon from Cell C saying that I have not been paying my account. When I say yes I have not as I cancelled my contract there is ko record (even I have the email sent to address that Cell C gave me to sent to). Then I get told to call a number to cancel. Always a different number. I spend hours calling with no luck. If I call the Cell C line there is no option to cancel. Only are you an existing customer( well no). Other option is new customer ( also no). All options I am put on hold indefinitely. Great service Cell C. I must say I loved your Fibre line and would have transferred my contract to my new area if at all possible. But after this poor service there is no way I will consider them again.
