Cell C Fiber cancelation circus

I gave Cell C Fiber more than a month notice but they still enable there debut order at the bank and still send me wrong statements for payment after cancelation.

Thank you for the first reply to me after about 15 emails!

I send cell c cancelation email on 21 August 2020, you just don't respond to any emails.
31/03/2021 was the last day Cell C still provided me with Fiber data.

So I differ to you answer:
The contract ENDED 31/03/2021 and notice was given more than 1 MONTH before 31/03/2021
I've send the 21 August 2020 email to *** and you just return with:

"Ticket # [CF147553] // Fwd: Cell C SP - August 2020 Statement - *** // (New Comment)"
And seconds thereafter:
Ticket # [CF147553] // Fwd: Cell C SP - August 2020 Statement - *** // (Closed)
This Ticket # stuff tells me nothing!

So will you please update you statements!
