CELL C FIBER and Openserve is bad news!!

I installed Cell C fibre who use Openserve and must state that it has been only downhill from there. It worked for a couple of months and then suddenly I lost connection. I contacted them daily and eventually got a response stating that they do not know what is wrong. They referred me to Openserve and even got them to phone me. Openserve listened to my query and stated they have nothing to do with Cell C.

I have been without connectivity for 4 weeks. PLEASE STEER CLEAR FROM OPENSERVE AND CELL C. I have been contacted by other providers like Vodacom but will not use them as Openserve is also their provider.
