Cell C Fiber absolutely pathetic, they like to take your money with no contracts in place.

this is so pathetic service, till today there has been no feedback from Cell c fiber. I have been trying to cancel my line for the last 5 months now. No help from Cell C on this, and i actually came to a point were i refuse to pay for this in hoping they would cancel the line as i am not even utilizing this. I WISH FOR THEM TO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TREAT THEM FAIRLY. BUT NO THEY WOULD RATHER IGNORE AND MAKE A JOKE OUT OF THE CLIENT THAN ACTUALLY ASSISTING. Till today i have not received any feedback even regarding my contract. This cannot be legal!!! today i received a call from the accounts department saying i owe Cell C Fiber money even if i don't utilize the service and have left numerous messages and call trying to cancel this. I will continue to reverse the debit orders until this is sorted and I am now looking for legal assistance in regards to additional fees i get charged to reverse this and the data i have use since they only suspended my line and not cancelled it.
