Cell C Faulty Cellphone

Bad Experience with taking out a contract. Cell Phone was faulty since the 1st month. Cell Phone was sent away thrice, charging client R1900 for fixing yet cell phone was sent away in a good condition. I have been paying the contract since August, to actually drive up and down to cell c instead of me enjoying my new cell phone.
