Cell C falsely advertises contracts over a 36 month period yet no matter how good your credit history and income is they don't offer you the 36 month contract period
Cell C falsely advertises contracts over a 36 month period yet no matter how good your credit history and income is they don't offer you the 36 month contract period. Nobody at Cell C can explain it or do anything about it. So either you must not earn well in order to get a 36 month contract or their 36 month options are merely a **** to draw interest from people.

12 Feb 2024, 14:20A received a call from a lady who knew nothing about how the credit scoring works and was anable to explain why I am not permitted to take a 36 month contract with Cell C. This confirms that Cell C is running a ****!
I requested the CEO's details and nobody at Cell C seems to know who he is or what his contact details are. How pathetic!

20 Feb 2024, 08:47It seems there is a need to escalate to ICASA as I received a call from Algar yesterday and he knows nothing about how the credit vetting and assessment process works. It seems nobody at CellC possesses this level of intellect to understand the feedback provided.
