Cell C false sales

So 24 months or so ago Cell C decided to call me up offer me what they call the 10 gig data special- 5 gig day and 5 gig night. Why did this happen let me explain. For years i was a Vodacom customer and wanted to try something different. So i took out a Cell C pinnacle 500 contract. This offer minutes 500 mb data and SMS s, which all sound great. Problem i had was my data always ran out 1 week before month end so i would purchase small data bundles to keep me going. This was exactly how Cell C planned it. So they call me up offering me more Data and Value for a mere R99 on promotion. I accept it and decide to give it a try. So my cell contract monthly + Data sim averagely costs R400 which was workable. 2 month before the data sim expires a call center agent calls me to remind me and my responds "CALL ME 2 WEEKS BEFORE MY CONTRACT END SO WE CAN DISCUSS OPTIONS. Surprisingly no one called me and i was bill R580 because the promotional sim now is costing 220 + for the 10 gig. Now bare in mind the Sim card in my mini router disconnected 2 month prior to the contract end off the network. After noticing the monthly installment was higher than normal, i contacted Cell C who obviously explained the Data Sim is off promotion and i am being charged R200 + for it now. Frustratingly I asked for cancellations and was put through to a lady who convinced me for over 40 minutes not to cancel and take a new R99 prepaid option which is similar to the one before. Out of good faith I accept in continue support to Cell C. Now the main reason I accepted this deal was I explained to the consultant in cancellation about my damaged sim she offered a free replacement and free courier. Before i ended the call i aske several times IS THE ANYTHING I WILL NEED TO PAY FOR TAKING THIS DEAL. Her response NO mr simons. All you have to do is call Cell C and do a Sim Swap, do not activate or they will give you a new number. Then I received the sim not RICA d. I go to a Cell C store and I get it RICA d. Now surprise surprise it costs 150 rands to do a sim swap for this contract. I was so disappointed, i just walked out called Cell C and called. I was promised a call back. To date no call and i stand chance of loosing 200 + rand on nothing. I would like to cancel all my Cell C contract urgently or i am taking this public. For a network suffering you would think
