Cell C...false promises and lies

Cell C offered a deal for R99 which included a huawie LTE router and 5gb peak and 15gb off peak data. i've tried for the month of april to get this deal but to no avail. The cell c shops are offering me a 3G router and then a ZTE LTE router. i had gone to your gamecity branch and a few times to enquire and lucky enough they did get the proper router and the sales guy called me whilst i was in a meeting. He didn't leave any contact, i had to figure out it was cellc calling me and i called him back like 6 times on his cell and no answer. i eventually got through to the store and he tells its all gone and i'm like you knew how many times i came to your store asking for this and i called you back so many times but you didn't answer and his like there is nothing he can do. Talk about bad service. I had also tried another cellc outlet, specifically asking for the huawei lte router and they too promised they will call me as soon as they get it. And i got the call yesterday...and went with all the required documents only to be told its the Zte lte router...you can imagine my frustration at making the trip only to be told this... Cell C its shocking that you advertise something and can't keep to it. You've lost a customer who only wanted the deal that was offered. If i was out of time, i can understand but this was advertised widely in all your stores. Totally disappointed with the lies, false advertising and pathetic services from your stores.
