Cell C - False claims "Business Responded" on HelloPeter Jun2018

This problem has been going a while now. If it is not someone that claim "they will call to you" or "pass it to the appropriate department" - well, quite frankly, Cell C Support does not give a SH@t!! Apparently, according to someone that tries to answer for HelloPeter but DOES NOT FOLLOW UP mark "they have responded" even though they did not.

I still have no reception at house, still no one came to "test" (whatever they test) and still no one call ......

How much do I need to bet should someone call they did not even read all of this ? @CellC_Support #JoseDoSantos

THANK YOU !!! For the people that made this. I honest to God appreciate the fact that Bandla even came to the location and checked for self what the problem was. thank you to supervisors. Thank you to call staff. For once at least today it feel like someone actually did something about the issue here. You will get your 5 stars on HelloPeter, bleat and Twitter - I hope we can resolve this matter.
