Cell C false claims and ****************

Cell C ,"SA's best network" they say,how can you be the best network if you keep on having to reload pages and waste data because your connection is too weak. Cant even go onto certain sites because of the weak connection. Not to mention during loadshedding,then its down untill elec. comes back on,and with Vodacom for example you still have 4G during loadshedding. ***. And then we get my next issue of ****************!!!!! If you take an emergency recharge for let's say R35,it used to be you pay back R36 when you next recharge. But no not now anymore,now you will be able to get R10*3 +R3 ie. Pay back R1 on every R10 and then u are only allowed to recharge another R3 only on which you also must pay another R1 back. So to sum it up,you qualify for R35,you can only take R33 and pay back an extra R4 so u pay back R37. I think it's f!@#$ up!especially since you cant even back up your claim about network coverage. I dont even bother phoning them anymore because they have the same old excuses and nothing happens.
