Cell C false adverti*****t
Upgraded contract and handset in Nov 2020. Cell C advertised Iphone SE. I signed a contract for the phone. It has been more than 2 months. They do not have stock, can not give me an answer on when they will have stock..
Been on the phone with every department for nearly 2 hrs, with no assistance. How can the advertise and sell me a product they do not have? How can they break their contract with me and expect me to be happy and patient while they do not have an answer when they will receive stock.
Why is no consultant able to assist me? Its like they know that they falsely advertise amd sell products that they don't have. They are ******* and lies about it.

07 Jan 2021, 10:53Yesterday Cell C called me. Informing me that they are working on delivery. Then, to my surprise you sent me a new agreement with a new date? The first agreement was dated 25 November 2020, the new agreement is dated 06 January 2021.
How can you change a legal document without informing me?
I still have not heard any word as to when the device will be delivered!
Please advise me on why I now have 2 differently dated agreements.
