CELL C FALSE ADVERTISING

I was called by a Cell C employer for and upgrade on my contract. I was offerd free pair Samsung earbuds if I chose the Samsung A34 which I agreed to. I was told to go on to the Samsung APP to redeem my free earbuds but was denied because I did no take a Samsung wrist watch with my contract. Surely thats fasle advertsing to make sales! CELL C you should have the recording as I was told all calls are recorded for security purposes.Please rectify this as per my contract deal from one or your agents.
