Cell C - False advertising and service rendered

I contacted Cell C Direct on 28 August 2017 , to place an order for a Huawei router deal at R199pm. The package delivered on 31 Aug 2017 was ZTE router. I immediately call Cell C to inform them of the mistake. The agent logs a ticket to have package collected for return the next day. After courier company collects router on 4 September, I call to find out when the correct router is to be delivered. The agent informs me that they do not have stock of Hauwei routers, not since Jan 2017. I raise the issue that on Cell C's website, the package is advertised clearly with Huawei router and I was not informed of this during sale process. To add, why did agent log a ticket to have ZTE router returned if I was never going to receive a Hauwei router? I have also been charged a pro-rata fee for the contract, yet I have no device to use? This is completely unacceptable as I have to pay for a device and package I have no use of and and not getting a clear indication of when the ZTE router will be delivered.
