CELL C - FALSE ADVERTISING AND DISGUSTING SERVICE.

<p>I was pre-approved for a data deal advertised in Cell C April booklet. It included a Huawei pocket router and 20gig total data for R99/month. I was informed they don't have stock, however when stock arrives they will contact me to collect and assured me that even if stock arrives after deals expiry date that I will still get the deal at R99/month. I've been quering stock arrival weekly. Now six weeks later the stock has arrived. Cell C never called, I went there today only to find out the deal expired therefore I no longer qualify for the R99/month deal. Its now going to cost me R199/month. Disgusting service and false advertising as I was assured I would receive the deal after expiry date due to a stock shortage.</p>
