Cell C false advertising
Cell C is the WORST place to purchase anything. They don't disclaim that screen protectors cant be exchanged at any branch. I spesifically asked today at the Melyn Maine branch for a samsung galaxy s9 cover. I asked Lourens twice if it is the correct cover he took. He said yes. Got home in centurion and it was the wrong cover!!! He gave me a note cover!!! Then Centurion mall tells me they cant exhange it as its not owned by the same people!!! There is NO disclaimer ir notice stating that anywhere!!!!!!!! A R500 cover. I also need to drive petrol out to go back. I will report them both to consumer act and I want payment for my hr of traveling time there and back as I am paid as a contractor per hour. Dont buy anything at cell c. I asked for area managers nr and was refused it! I want te correct cover by cob friday the 1st feb!!!
