Cell C Fales pretense

I have been with Cell C I think almost 15 years. they had their small hiccups. But this is beyond unreasonable. In February a consultant phoned me told me trying to persuade me into taking a contract I said no due to affordability. The consultant then stated I'm due for an upgrade why don't I try that. Worked the contract it would have been in my budget. I agree then come month end payment I get charged not for what I agreed for. When I contacted them in March I got we will investigate. They got back to me stating I'm in the right they will pick up the phone. They do not give me a reference when asked. I tried again 3 weeks ago I got a call to pick up the cell phone by ram couriers. I'm still waiting. Is this Cell C motto make you take contracts under false pretense and when you quey they tell you they will investigate but they just keep you hanging. I have lost all faith and trust in them. I will not be renewing my 3 contacts with them , they have no customer loyalty in them. They have kept me waiting for almost 7 months. Making me pay for something that I can't afford l. Such a huge company *********** their customers. This has let a very bitter after taste in me.
