Cell C **** Website Adverts!

One star is too many! False advertising from Cell C and staff has a lack of knowledge. Product (contract) is advertised on the website, in store is not able to give me the deal, call center is pathetic and not able to give me the deal. Call me back function is useless as they cannot "find" the advertised deal on their system but tries to sell me **** I did not ask for. Complete waste of time going in store and making numerous calls! Emails are never answered either. Pathetic service.

Samsung galaxy a53 5G (blue), pinnacle 2 gig top-up, 399 by 24 months. 

I have got screen shots of the deal and have it in my online cart. I want to upgrade to this deal.
