Cell C: Failure to update Credit Bureau

It really feels like I'm running in circles when trying to speak to their legal department.<br> <br> I closed my Cell C account years ago but STILL it's listed with XDS, Transunion and Experian. <br> <br> Every month I STILL get an open account notice from these bureaus, despite my numerous calls to Cell C's support desk. <br> <br> I don't understand why it's impossible for Cell C to update this with the credit bureaus.<br> <br> Further, they can't give me a letter of closure so I can submit this myself as they indicate the account is already closed and inactive...? Why is it listed with the Bureaus then ?
