Cell c failure to provide proof of the calls recorded and keeps debiting me without permission and changes there references

Cell c still debits me, fails to provide me with reason. Fails to give me back the voice call recording because they know that's the proof needed to prove them wrong. They still debited me after 2 times telling them I will pay the money cash if they can provide me the proof why I need to pay this money. I am done reversing the debit it's fine let cell c ***** that money from me I can keep going to the bank for them same thing. They keep changing there reference and debit me. It is fine let cell c rob me a customer over 15 years will differently be going to another service provider and my entire company.
