Cell C fails to keep up to their word for the second time

<p>On the 11 july 2016 i published a review on Hello Peter about Cell C not keeping up to a Contract that was offered to me by a Consultant Kerishan Munsamy at their retention Centre at Head office.Later that day i received a cal from Cell C Social media consultant Moses Mo****ng who tld me he will Review the recordings to see if what i said was true about the proposed contract,After listening to the recorded conversations he confirmed 100% that whatever i said was true and that Cell C didnt keep up to what they promised me. He told me that he has forwarded the recordings to their finance department and someone wil contact me shortly.On the 19 july i emailed Moses to say that no one has called me.He apologised and promised to push thecmatter till its resolved and that someone wil cal that day.Someone by the name of Malapha called me later to say they have approved the R1200 that was promised to me but are waiting for finance to approve my sms,minutes and data that was also promised to me and that by latest Wednesday evening ,20 July everyting should b sorted out.Again i waited.On the 22 July again i emailed Moses saying that i have not heard from anyone since that day.I have NOT received a reply.AGAIN i am stil waiting!! CELL C your service stinks!! With such PATHETIC service how do you expect to keep your old customers and Find new ones???</p>
