CELL C FAILS TO GIVE FEEDBACK ON THE ***** MATTER

<p>Cell C debited my account for cellphone contract I dont know of, I contacted the Cell C customer service, where I was assisted by a consultant by the name of Ashley, he advised me to send affidavit to their customer service , which I did immediately, and he assured me that I will be contacted by their ***** department within 48 hours, 48 hours passed no response from Cell C. I fail to understand such a huge company like this no-one can give a feedback on this matter...im so ****ed and disappointed.</p>
