Cell C fails AGAIN!
Following the review of 31 August 2023, a person from their Social Media department called me. She claimed to be confirming my identity, but was filling a form with my information, not confirming but gathering information. She had NOT checked any of the reference numbers listed in the August review. She had NOT read any notes on my Cell C account. She DID promise twice she would phone me with feedback within 24 hours. It is already 46 hours and still no reply.
