Cell c failing to update on the bureau

I have paid up my account in 2019. Cell c is failing to update my information on the following bureau (Exparian and compuscan). This has has a great implication on my credit report because it indicates that I can not afford to acquire credit.

I have emailed the information to Experian and compuscan but their system states that it is data extracted from service providers. Meaning that cell c is not updating.

I urge anyone who is currently having a cell c contract to be vigilant and careful with their cell c deal.
