Cell C FAILING TO UPDATE CREDIT BUREAU ON ACCOUNT STATUS
My old Cell C account has been closed since 2020, but they still show that I have an account with them on my Credit History. I've tried to call their customer service but no assistance has been provided. I don't know why they have not updated the Credit Bureau. Every month this account shows that it's active whereas it is not. They themselves confirmed that it is not. SOOO why is Cell C not having this removed under my name??
