Cell C failing to send Tax Invoices for online Prepaid purchases

Since 2017 cell C can't seem to get their online purchase Invoice delivery working properly, if you are lucky you'll get your invoice emailed. 3 years later no difference. No wander they always going under, if you can't get the simple mandatory tax compliant invoices delivered by email at least have a tax invoice department number published on your web site so businesses and private people can contact them and have there tax invoiced sent through. We moving over to Vodacom prepaid just because we can get a tax invoice, cost more but we can claim it back as an expense, Cell C loosing out again because of incompetence. If you call the customer centre the staff are just as ........... need I say more, insist you go to a cell C store to get you online purchase Invoice, then why would I buy online to go to a store to get the Invoice, staff that can't use their own logic. I have tried out of desperation but the stores can't issue an invoice for something they have not sold. Please train you call centre staff to stop insisting we go to a store to get an online purchase invoice and I'm not talking small amounts, R1999 every month for data. Maybe it is time to move and save myself a stroke.
