Cell c failing to provide proof of blacklisting

I am so angry and disappointed with cell c. I have had my insurance claim for the month now and still no feedback. I have phoned cell c more than 50 times trying to get assistance but no luck. The insurance requires proof of blacklisting from them. I do not understand what's so difficult with this whole claim. I have to phone daily to be transfered to different lines and people yet no one is assisting me. It very frustrating as I need my phone for work purposes. I have sent numerous emails trying to get help but still no luck. I regret the day I took this insurance and their contracts.

What a pathetic experience and service.
