Cell C failing to make contact re Billing issue

I've received an email from Moses Mo***eng saying he was trying to reach me. Only my Cell C number, I've since changed to MTN. <br> <br> I gave him my MTN number via email on the same day, almost immediately after having received his email!!! And had expected that he would call me at that time.<br> <br> SIX (6) days later I've once again emailed him, this time asking WHEN he was planning to contact me. I am yet to receive a response.<br> <br> SEVENTEEN (17) days later I am yet to receive a call from Cell C. I've even commented on the previous hello peter complaint saying that I've not heard from Cell C.<br> <br> Please have someone that cares about your business call me... I still have an billing query that is unanswered.
