cell c failing to keep their customers happy

<p>hi there...i took a contract with cell c Septermber 2016 after a month the phone just froze and i took it to cell c for repairs on da 30th of october. I have not recieve my phone ever since, went to cell c ds weekend (07 january 2017) thinking they are done now with my phone mind you its been two months, when i got there i found dat repairs returned my phone on the 03th of November 2016 and informed cell c dat they had to call me and i had to deactivate find my iphone, but cell c failed to contact me refarding my phone,they kept the phone in their storeroom for two month not considering dat im paying for da phone . They did not even try to book it for repairs again since i was waiting thinking it is at the repair centre. I am very dissapointed with cell c and i dont even want their phone anymore i just wanna cancell the contract...cant pay for something im not using shame</p>
