Cell C failing to fulfill their part on contract

<p>i took a contract with cell c last year for data, it was a telephonic contract and on the contract i specified that i only need 2gig not more than that. if i ran out of data they must stop it and i will purchase on my own. contract was R139 per month for 2g now on february they send me a bill of R749.00 i reversed the charges and called cell c to investagate and listen to the recording of that day. since february cell c doesnt come back to me all they do is deduct money and stop my access to internet. Cell c its failling to prove to me that i requested a limit of R2000.00 as they say on the phone. i spoke to more than 3 consultant and none of them is able to solve the problem. cell c must rectify their mistake or they must cancell the contract without cost since they are the one breaching the contract. </p>
