CELL C FAILING TO DELIVER IN TERMS OF THEIR PROMISES

I got a call from Cell consultant indicating that my router will be delivered as management agreed that it was part of the package, however it is more than a week the item still not delivered. I wonder what might be a problem again.

This is so very unprofessional considering the fact that the router was supposed to be delivered in December 2018. Cell C does not have courtesy at all.
