Cell C Failed Sim Swap - Ridiculous

I am very disappointed with my very recent experience with Cell C after failing to help me get my primary number back via simswap. The sim card is RICAD under my name, they have that on the system but when I visited the shop for simswap I was asked to give 5 numbers I called which I do not have since I do not use this number for calls. I Told the guy who was helping me that I can tell him when my last recharge was, he said it will not help UNLESS I purchase a new DATA sim for Close to R 600 then he can do a sim swap, if that option is available and can be able to bypass the procedure for sim swap, why cant he do it for me without having to buy unwanted DATA??? This is Ridiculous, this is the number I have for all my policies, my accounts, even on my JOB applications I use it but they seem not to be bothered about that all !!!! he wanted to make a SALE out of my Misery .... I would never recommend a person to use cell C. I have had this number for more than a decade now
