CELL C fail to adhere to the POPPI ACT , selling personal information and failing to act at branch level with disciplinary hearings.

Cell C sold my information at branch level to 3rd parties looking for more information regarding my residential address and ID number. They did an external investigation and found the branches responsible. when I asked for a new clone phone and number they refused stating they can't control what there staff do when offered bribes. the head of forensics told me to report it to the police....the police made no attempt to follow up and now Cell C have cancelled my contract and are suing me for the balance of the contract period. CELL C do not care about their customers, all they care about is the debit orders. according to the protection of information act POPPI Act they couldn't give a ****.
