Cell C *****

I would like to report Cell C de*****ing me - one of their employees claims i ported a number and gave permission. Thing is there is no activity on that number - it belonged to my father who passed away 2.5 years ago. Cell C claims that i have a contract of which they charge me R600-00 per month. I tried to cancel it and was charged R490.02 to prepaid and then it would be deactivated. The number when i go to a Cell C shop - they say its deactivated. So why i ask am i being charged R600-00 a month for something i dont use. I am going to open a case of ***** against Cell C.... after 20yrs supporting them - i think its time to move on.
