I have been struggling to cancel my contract with cell c for 2 months now. I went to the store at four ways mall promised help till today, they said I should pay my balance which I did, spoke to different rude and sarcastic consultants by the name of Bassi. Consultants will ask you to confirm your ID 7 times only to tell you they cannot cancel, transfer you only to wait on the line.
