Cell C

My name is Carol Motang and i have a very bad experience with Cell C. I bought WIFI data for R369.00 on the 26 July 2021 so that i can be able to work from home. This is not a contract as such but i pay them up front and they load data automatically for me. Till today i haven't received my data. i called them on the 2 Aug and i did not get help. I emailed them on the 3 Aug and today i sent them a reminder. this is a very bad service indeed, my kids can't be able to do their research for school. i have to come to work now on a daily basis because of them. it is very hard to stay without data these days. Can you kindly help me in this regard.
