I have an account with cell c,i'm in default with this account, i call them November 2021,and made a payment arrangement with them,i owe them R1995,i ask them payment arrangement letter as a proof, they said no, they don't do that, they only do paid up letter,that's where the problem started,i ask them to debit their money as from 28November 2022,they never do that, when i do a followup on them, they told me that my account has been handed over to SSDA their ATTORNEY'S, here is their telephone number ***,i call them, they told me that i must payment R3371, i ask them how, because as far as i know i have to pay R1995, they said is their phone calls, they never call me,i 'm the one who call them,i drop the call, i call them again, this time around they said i must pay R3402. 02,how because earlier it wasn't this amount, the answer was the same,their phone calls it doesn't matter, even if i'm the one who call, their rule is the same,when we finish the call, they told me that, the total amount i must pay now is R3432. 80.when i ask them the settlement amount they refused to offer me a settlement amount, i ask them to send me a payment arrangement letter as a proof,they told me, i will only get after 21working days,later i get a call and sms from ASaP MbD, they said call me on behalf of Cell c, i owe them R9191.04,here is their telephone number ***i don't know what is going on here, Cell c doesn't want to help me, i'm more than ready to pay, but i really don't understand what is going on here, i really need help here, because i'm stuck here, my name is in default,Cell c, they don't want to give me a payment arrangement letter.they keep increasing the amount of money i must pay each and every second.
