I went to southgate mall cell c store, thIs store they have terrible service including the branch manager,I ALSO FEEL THERE IS ALSO ISSUE OF UNDERMINING CUSTOMER BASED ON GENDER AND SKIN COLOR,Fair enough every one must still stand on the queue and adhere to social distance, i have been to this store several time wanting to know about my credit report on out stand balance which appears under my name this store failed to help at all they just give me run around sending me here and there.Cell c as a company they have now put my count on areas and this account has been paid long time some years ago when I do credit check this reflect me bad on credit report and there is no one attending my case,service is very bad but when they offer you to join their contract they pretend to be help full I am so scared to continue having this as my service provider only R295.30 is painting me bad which I do not know wher is it coming from as my number is not a contract but prepaid number ***
