My mother passed away in 2020 on the 26 of Des Start of 2022 they turned off our Wi-Fi and refuses to cancel the line. My mother is the one that went into the contract . Now they say I have to pay outstanding amount. I have sent countless emails and went in to the store as well. To give them all the papers No one helped us no answers. I want to sell my mothers house but can’t due to this incompetence this is going on for over two months. Dont waste your time with them, do The legal department don’t understand the law and is wasting my time
