Cell C

I renewed my contract with cell c in October 2020. It was a Samsung Note 20 that also came with vouchers. Unfortunately the phone I was given had a defect. They requested I bring it back and they will repair it, I refused as this was a brand new phone in the market, I wanted to exchange for a brand new Note 20, they followed through and exchanged it for a new one. However, Till date, despite my numerous emails to the store Cell C City View Durban and calls to the manager and everyone else involved, I have not received any of the vouchers I was promised on the day of purchase. I have emails stating that the store will request for Samsung to deliver as promised when I purchased the phone, yet I had no call nor any email from Samsung Hq with regards to my vouchers which is in the excess of +R7000... it's a year later... I still No feedback. Be ware of the marketing tactics Samsung & Cell C use to get you to sign up..
